August 30 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Free
Group of people standing in front of a brick building

Enjoy a free guided walking tour through Old Town Fairfax. See the original Courthouse (built in 1800) where George and Martha Washington’s wills are stored. Explore sites of Civil War violence, espionage, and unlikely romance centered around that Rebel bandit, John S. Mosby. And discover local grandees like Ratcliffe, Farr, and Willard, whose legacies formed our City.

The tour starts at the front of the Historic Fairfax Courthouse (corner of Main St. and Chain Bridge Rd.)

We recommend you wear a hat and sturdy walking shoes, and bring a bottle of water.

Reservations are requested. Please reserve your spot using Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/old-town-fairfax-walking-tour-tickets-1280724685009
